Photographing fabrics is a technically difficult endeavor, and the resulting quality of images presented on this site can be variable - depending on many factors, including your own computer and display. Furthermore, the images of our fabrics that are "upholstered" on a chair are entirely computer-generated, and while every effort has been made to try to ensure that the scale and direction are as accurate as possible, those images are only meant to give one an impression of what the finished piece will look like.
Bottom line: before writing your spec or purchase order, please procure a fabric sample and speak to your furniture representative. Top
We respect our visitor's privacy. We do not sell any information regarding our visitors/ customers, including their emails. Any information is used internally. In short, if you log in to our site, and get a ton of spam, it was not from us! Top

TERMS OF SALE
Architex sells to the trade exclusively. All established accounts are invoiced net 30 days, F.O.B., to their credit standing and limit. All others will be invoiced payment prior to delivery. To expedite orders, contact the main office directly: 800-621-0827, 847-205-1333, or fax 847-205-1510. To facilitate first-time orders, Architex now accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or a check payable to Architex International, 3333 Commercial Ave., Northbrook, IL 60062. Any collection or attorney's fees may apply to past due accounts. Credit applications are available upon request. Top
Prices
Bolt Price applies to orders of 100 or more yards, as specified on price list. Minimum single order invoice, 1 yard. Some
exceptions do apply, including but not limited to some 72" cubicle fabrics, which require a 2.2 yard minimum. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
WITHOUT NOTICE. Please LOGIN for pricing on the website, or contact customer service with specific questions.

Freight
All merchandise shipped F.O.B. Northbrook, Illinois, or processing points.
Architex endeavors to ship all packages via U.P.S., and reserves the right to select
any carrier they determine most expeditious (ground or air). International shipments
ship Air Service Only. A MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE OF $15.50 APPLIES TO
ALL SHIPMENTS AND AN $11.00 HANDLING CHARGE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS. In addition to shipping
charges, a $25.00 additional handling charge will be assessed to re-route or reship goods.

Returns and Cancellations
None accepted without a Return Authorization from Architex. There
will be a 35% restocking charge plus freight unless fault is ours. Material
that has been cut into CANNOT be returned. No returns can be authorized after
30 days from shipment. No fabric can be returned which is not part of regular
inventory. Orders under 10 yards are not returnable. Any fabric receiving
special finishing is not returnable.
CHANGE ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS: Orders in production, or already cut, but not yet
shipped are subject to a 35% restocking charge. Any backorder not
cancelled WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS after the purchase order is received is subject to a 35% cancellation charge.
NO customs or special runs can be returned or cancelled.

Shipments
All invoices are accompanied by a fabric cutting
from the bolt shipped. The customer should forward a sample to their respective
manufacturer or installer for identification. Architex assumes no responsibility
for improper fabric identification, application or installation. Architex will
honor no claims for labor. Top
Special Services
Architex offers a selection of protective finishes, backings
and flame treatments. Architex upholstery fabrics can be treated to meet various
fire codes. For details, please see the "Special Finishes"
section in our "Products" area. When used in combination with other compatible furniture components,
Architex fabrics have performed well under the fire conditions of TB 133.
Kindly inquire at the main office for more details. Architex reserves the
right to substitute any finish with a comparable or superior finish technology.

Leather Orders
Due to the natural quality of leather, with variations in hide size,
a slight variation may occur between ordered and shipped quantities. A 10% overage
is considered acceptable in the industry.

Wallcovering and Cubicles
Kindly measure accurately. Non-returnable. They are exchangeable only due to a manufacturing defect.

Fabric Samples
All samples remain the property of Architex. We reserve the right to recall any samples, update and service
our accounts without prior written permission.

Warranty/Guarantee
Architex guarantees that our products will perform within industry standards when used under normal conditions
and useage, i.e. single shift operation, with proper maintenance and for the purpose intended.
All upholstery products, for a periods of three years from the date of purchase.
All other products, one year from the date of purchase.
All products are produced to meet ACT quality and performance standards.
Architex's warranty will be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of the fabric with a mutually
agreed upon replacement, and will under no circumstances include labor costs.
